Love Dare #23
Love is Patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
1 Corinthians 12:4-8
This is not a suggestion or a love letter or even a poem. This is the Truth. This is the very definition of love as designed by God. It is something to be taken literally and seriously. Commit this day to meditate on this scripture daily until this kind of love overflows from your heart.
"For my determined purpose is that I may know Him, that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recoginzing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly." Phil. 3:10
