In addition to refraining from negativity, neglect one "busy" activity to spend time outside with a loved one today. Put out of your mind all else, all that you would have been doing, and focus on the person you are spending time with. Show them your undevoted attention. Show them how much you care by being attentive to them- and enjoy yourself! Have a great weekend!
